Creator of the Somatic Method
Almine is a licensed acupuncturist, certified fitness trainer, and Brazilian Jiujitsu practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of Eastern medicine and modern grappling. The Somatic Method grew out of a single afternoon training blindfolded with a blind instructor — and the realization that the body knows far more than the mind gives it credit for.
